Janské Lázně Town is known as a recreational, touristic and spa town, situated at the foot of Černá hora (Black Mountain) to the east of Krkonoše (Giant Mountains).

Character: mountain path accros the top of Černá hora Mountain from Jánské Lázně and back. Km markings will show the distance. The course will be marked according to WMRA rules. There will be three refreshment stations in the course.

Registration Office (TIC): The registration Office (TIC) will be arranged in the Municipal Office in Janské Lázně on náměstí Svobody square.

• Friday August 5th, 2022 from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
• Saturday August 6th, 2022 from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
• Sunday August 7th, 2022 from 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

All competitors will receive two (2) identical bibs, one to be worn on the front and the other one on the back. Bibs must not be folded or cut in any way. Such action may result in disqualification.

Entries and deadline:

Entries must be submitted in a written form before August 7th, 2022 using the online application form on the website www.maratonstav.cz. The entry fee must be paid at the same time as the completed application. There is no possibility to apply on the day of the race.

Changing room and showers: Situated in the Municipal Office in Janské Lázně at náměstí Svobody square. You can use the showers in the swimming pool after the race in the Bussiness College approx. 250m from the start line.

Opening Ceremony: The Opening Ceremony will take place on Saturday, August 6th at 4.30 p.m. in Janské Lázně on náměstí Svobody square.

• 12.00 (at noon) Open Race – „Běh kolonádou Be Fit“ 1km run for public
• 1.00 p.m. Start of the Mountain Running Czech Cup Super Janské Lázně – Černá hora – REGISTRATION
• 2.00 p.m. Concert of a Local Brass Orchestra
• 4.00 p.m. Award Ceremony of the Czech Mountain Running Cup
• 4.30 p.m. Opening Ceremony Mountain Running World Cup
• 7.00 p.m. VIP Banquet

Sunday August 7th:

• 9.00 a.m. Start of the Mountain Running World Cup
• 1.00 – 2.00 p.m. Pasta Party
• 2.00 p.m. Concert
• 3.00 p.m. Award Ceremony of the Mountain Running World Cup
• 3.30 p.m. Concert

Medical Service – for this event a medical service (doctors, paramedics, Organisation of the Czech Red Cross) will be organised at the competition venues. The hospital in Trutnov is open 24/7 in case of emergency.

Doping Control – all competitors may be asked to submit to a doping test before or after the competition. The number of doping controls will be determined by Jury.
